Former Pagosa Springs resident Pierre Mion, nationally and internationally known illustrator/artist, passed peacefully on July 16 at his home in Fayetteville, Pa., surrounded by the things he loved.
He will be remembered as a major contributor to the Pagosa Springs art community while residing in Pagosa.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Brenton Mion, three children, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
